Cookies Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used.
You can turn this off without affecting your account or applications. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also disable usage analytics. Operational request counts continue without a browser identity.
1. Types of cookies we use
- Essential: required for login, security, and core features.
- Functional: remember settings such as filters or display preferences.
- Analytics: a first-party browser identifier helps count page visits, job views, application starts, external apply clicks, and which shared job links lead to applications. Activity includes an inferred device category (desktop, mobile, tablet, or unknown) and browser family; raw browser user-agent strings are not retained. It expires seven days after the last recorded activity. Raw activity is retained for up to 90 days, with daily cleanup; application-to-link attribution is retained with the application, without the browser identifier after that period.
- Operational: aggregate API request counts, error counts, and response times are retained for up to 90 days. These summaries do not include browser identifiers, raw IP addresses, message contents, resumes, or URL query strings.
2. Your choices
Use the usage analytics preference above to disable optional analytics in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit platform functionality.
3. Third-party cookies
Google may set cookies when you continue with Google. LinkedIn sign in is not offered.
