User Content Agreement

1. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the right to share it.

2. License to Gigsmate

You grant Gigsmate a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the platform — including showing your profile to recruiters when you apply.

3. Content standards

• Content must be accurate and not misleading.
• No illegal, hateful, or infringing material.
• Job postings must comply with applicable employment laws.

4. Removal & moderation

We may remove content that violates our policies. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
