Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree, do not use Gigsmate. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• Recruiter accounts may require additional verification before posting jobs.

3. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials confidential.
• If you continue with Google, you agree to these terms and the privacy notes before the account is created. If this email already has a Gigsmate account, connecting Google clears the password and we email you.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

4. Permitted use

• Job seekers may browse, apply, bookmark, and build profiles.
• Recruiters may post jobs and review applications in accordance with our recruiter policies.
• You may not scrape, spam, misrepresent identity, or post unlawful content.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent job postings.
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach platform security.
• Using Gigsmate for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

6. Termination

You may stop using Gigsmate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Sections that should survive termination (e.g., liability limits) remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers

Gigsmate is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or uninterrupted service. See Dispute Resolution for limitation of liability.
