Gigsmate's core job-seeker features are free. If we introduce paid plans (e.g., premium recruiter tools), this policy will govern refunds.
1. Free services
Browsing jobs, creating a profile, and applying are free for job seekers unless stated otherwise.
2. Paid subscriptions
- Fees and billing cycles will be shown before purchase.
- Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase if the service was not substantially used, at our discretion.
- Contact support@talantax.co.tz with your account email and transaction reference.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
